Q: Is ad spend included in the retainer?

No. You pay Meta and Google directly from your own ad accounts, which you own. The retainer covers strategy, execution, creative, tracking and automation. We never mark up media.

Q: How long until campaigns are live?

Phase 1 is built in the first 15 working days: accounts, pixel and Conversions API, landing page, brochure, WhatsApp routing and the first creative batch. Campaigns typically go live in week two.

Q: What are the payment terms?

50% of the first month is payable on proposal acceptance and the balance after 15 days. From month two, retainers are billed monthly in advance. Toovaa Media is currently not GST registered, so no GST is charged.

Q: Is there a lock-in?

No. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Everything we build—ad accounts, pixels, workflows, collateral files—stays with you.

Q: Can we hire you for consulting or AI workflows alone?

Yes. AI workflow integration and fractional growth consulting are available without a media retainer. Tell us what tools you already use and what is broken; we will quote a fixed scope or a monthly fractional arrangement.

Q: Do you work with businesses outside Hyderabad and Nizamabad?

Yes. Ads, tracking, automation and reporting are run remotely for clients anywhere in India—our current villa projects are in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. For Hyderabad and Nizamabad clients we also visit the site and sales office.

Q: Can I add Phase 2 agents to the Launch tier?

Yes. The WhatsApp pre-qualification agent, ROAS sentinel and synthetic video studio are available as add-ons; we'll quote them once the Phase 1 loop is stable.
